This is an intense, hands-on Talent Operations role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Where You\u2019ll Create Impact<br \/>You have maximum drive to build one of the world\u2019s strongest Talent Acquisition teams and operations. You take full ownership of TA operations from interview to onboarding and beyond:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Decrease time to hire and enable recruiters:\u00a0Manage interview scheduling with high pace and support adjustments as plans evolve, across both US, UK and EMEA time zones<br \/>Improve the candidate experience:\u00a0Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptionally smooth and professional candidate experience<br \/>Interview support:\u00a0Support in-person and virtual interview days in our NY office &#8211; greeting candidates, preparing rooms, and ensuring the onsite experience runs reliably and on time.
