Job responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team.<\/p>\n

Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.<\/p>\n
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve services and processes.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure high performance.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service operations.<\/p>\n
Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and key metrics.<\/p>\n
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Job requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the logistics industry.<\/p>\n
Proven track record of managing and developing a customer service team.<\/p>\n
Excellent leadership and team management skills.<\/p>\n
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.<\/p>\n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.<\/p>\n
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
