Marketing & Operations Assistant (Client Service + Digital Marketing)<\/p>\n

HiArt Hair LLC is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company specializing in hair product retail. As our business and online presence continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and execution-focused\u00a0Marketing & Operations Assistant\u00a0to support both in-person client service and digital marketing operations.<\/p>\n
This is a hybrid role combining daily operational support, client interaction, and hands-on digital marketing execution. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in growing in e-commerce and digital marketing.<\/p>\n
Recent graduates are welcome. Candidates on OPT are welcome. Visa sponsorship may be considered for strong long-term performers.<\/p>\n
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Operations (Daily Priority)<\/p>\n
Welcome and assist visiting clients, introduce products and answer product questions.
Support product selection assistance and in-person customer experience.
Assist with inventory organization and shipment preparation.
Support daily operational tasks including product listings and order processing.
Maintain organized operational records and documentation.
Digital Marketing & Online Business Support<\/p>\n
Support daily digital marketing execution across online platforms.
Assist with social media content posting and basic content coordination.
Track campaign and sales performance data using Excel.
Support influencer collaboration tracking and logistics.
Assist with marketing promotion setup and monitoring.
Conduct basic market and competitor research when assigned.
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Comfortable handling routine operational and marketing execution tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Strong learning ability and willingness to grow into digital marketing.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in e-commerce, online business, or digital marketing preferred.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
