We’re building the most trusted DeFi infrastructure on Sui \u2014 the blockchain that’s quietly becoming the performance layer for decentralized finance. NAVI Protocol already has $400M+ in TVL, 900K users, and backing from OKX Ventures, Hashed, and dao5. We’re not pre-product or pre-PMF \u2014 we’re scaling.<\/p>\n
What we’re building: NAVI is a one-stop DeFi platform: lending, liquid staking, automated vaults, and trading tools \u2014 all on Sui. Think of us as the financial infrastructure layer that DeFi users and builders rely on. We’re now expanding into new product lines and need engineers who can ship fast and build things that handle real money at scale.<\/p>\n
The role:\u00a0You\u2019ll join a 15-person engineering team focused on building new products from scratch. This is a greenfield builder role \u2014 not maintenance, not incremental features. You\u2019ll own features end-to-end, from React frontend to Node.js backend, with blockchain integrations woven in. Experience with trading products or a strong understanding of trading flows is a strong plus. You\u2019ll work cross-functionally with product, design, and smart contract engineers to deliver secure, high-performance DeFi products.<\/p>\n
What we’re looking for: Strong fullstack fundamentals in React and Node.js, shaped by working in rigorous engineering environments. You should have startup experience and know how to move fast in a small team. Deep crypto experience isn’t required \u2014 if you’re a sharp Web2 engineer who’s curious about DeFi, that’s just as exciting to us. What matters is that you can build, ship, and iterate quickly.<\/p>\n
