We are hiring a Client Services Associate to own the work that connects clients to the right people for their research needs. This role comes with real ownership and a clear path to promotion within six months.<\/p>\n
$70k+ base + uncapped monthly bonus. Top performers earn approximately $100k in year one. Plus equity.<\/p>\n
What you’d be doing<\/p>\n
Taking requests from clients and determining who they need to speak with
Finding and reaching out to qualified people through internal resources and direct outreach to match each project
Screening candidates, presenting them to clients, and explaining why each person fits what they’re looking for
Managing scheduling and project logistics from intake through to a completed interaction
Tracking client feedback and making sure the quality bar is met on every project
Flagging recurring friction points back to product and operations teams
What we’re looking for<\/p>\n
Clear, confident communicator, especially in writing
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks. If something isn’t moving, you find out why and fix it
Competitive and motivated by hitting goals and surpassing them
Able to manage several projects simultaneously without things slipping
Genuinely enjoys working directly with clients and building those relationships over time
No specific industry background required, but you need to genuinely want to spend your day working with clients, not working behind the scenes.

Hybrid: Monday through Thursday in office, Fridays remote
