Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experience.<\/p>\n
8+ years experience in related field preferred. Working knowledge of three or more technologies preferred<\/p>\n
Proven leadership ability preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects<\/p>\n
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models<\/p>\n
Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope. Projects may have significant and long-term impact<\/p>\n
Provides solutions which may set precedent Independently determines method for completion of new projects<\/p>\n
Receives guidance on overall project objectives. Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues<\/p>\n
10 years of overall Salesforce engineering or solution delivery experience with hands\u2011on experience on Salesforce Service Cloud<\/p>\n
1-2 years Patient connect managed package (Optional)<\/p>\n
1-2 years of hub service experience\u00a03\u20135 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with Mobile and Email studio and CRM Integration<\/p>\n
8-10 years of integration exposure with healthcare systems, such as Guardian pharmacy management system<\/p>\n
Solid understanding of event\u2011driven architectures, data synchronization patterns, and integration failure handling<\/p>\n
Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing technical designs and code<\/p>\n
Experience with APIGEE, Swaggerhub, Splunk, Lucid charts<\/p>\n
Experience across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, system design, development, deployment, and application enhancement<\/p>\n
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non\u2011technical stakeholders<\/p>\n
Pay: $75.00 – $80.00 per hour<\/p>\n
