Cooking will take place in a restaurant. Follow all sanitation<br \/>policies and procedures. Special Requirements:\u00a0No prior experience or education is required.<br \/>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Workers are subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by<br \/>employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign\/H-2B. Workers are subject to preemployment criminal background checks, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers,<br \/>U.S. and foreign\/H-2B. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.<br \/>Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer will provide on-the-job training.<br \/>Conversational English Required.<\/p>\n<p>The pay is from $19.56 to $21.00 per hour with overtime available at $29.34 to $31.50 per hour,<br \/>based on hourly rate. Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure,<br \/>and\/or market conditions. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or<br \/>local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. The work schedule is as<\/p>\n<p>follows:\u00a035 hours per week from Saturday to Friday: various 8-hours shifts (ranging from 7am to<br \/>3pm, 12pm to 8pm, 3pm to 11pm, 4pm to 12am, 5pm to 1am, 9pm to 5am or 3am to 11am).<br \/>Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events. Job opportunity is a temporary,<br \/>full-time position.<br \/>The requested temporary workers will be based at 310 Mount Washington Hotel<br \/>Road, Bretton Woods, NH 03575. The employer will provide, at no cost to the worker,<br \/>transportation between the designated off-site housing and the worksite for workers who choose<br \/>to reside in the employer-provided housing.<br \/>Single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay period is Weekly. Employers will<br \/>make all deductions from workers&#8217; paychecks, which are required by law. Optional employeeshared offsite housing available, including utilities and deposit, at a rate of approximately $125.00<br \/>$165.00 per week, depending on the housing unit. Weekly rates include a $10\/week security<\/p>\n<p>deposit that participants get back if the room is left in good condition upon departure. If the worker completes 50% of the<br \/>work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence<br \/>from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where<br \/>Omni Mount Washington, LLC dba Omni Mount Washington Resort<br \/>H-2B Application H-400-26044-640844<\/p>\n<p>the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker&#8217;s reasonable costs of<br \/>return transportation and subsistence back to home or to the place the worker originally departed<br \/>to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another<br \/>employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most<br \/>economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be<br \/>provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.<br \/>Reimbursement in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other<br \/>related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not<br \/>included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer<br \/>will provide worker, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job<br \/>and on the job training in the proper use of tools and equipment.
