Descrizione del lavoro:
1. Facilitate Client based building system design,\u00a0startups & commissioning activities.
2. Provide subject matter expert assistance in review of product and equipment submittals,\u00a0shop drawings, engineering design drawings\u00a0and specifications, &\u00a0contractor generated RFIs.
3. Extensive knowledge of safety procedures, safe work practices, and\u00a0OSHA requirements\u00a0for Client installations including but not limited to\u00a0prefabricated building, stick built, truss, raised mezzanines, press foundations, metal wall panels, steel and concrete columns, slab on grade, industrial finished, office\/caf\u00e9 finishes.
4. Possess extensive knowledge of prevailing building codes and professional industry standards\u00a0(including but not limited to: IBC, NFPA, ASME, AMCA, ARI, AWS, FM).
5. Work with building construction contractors and equipment vendors to coordinate steel detailing and inspection, delivery, installation, shake out, erection & handover to end users.
6.\u00a0Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work\u00a0with contractors, plant facilities groups, & manufacturing shops.
7. Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.
8. Ability to multi-task, manage time, & prioritize project commitments based on established deadlines and project milestones.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:
1. 5 + years of experience
2. Bachelor\u2019s In Engineering- Major in Structural\/ Civil Engineering
3. 2+ years in construction management.
4. Experience in design criteria development for Client systems.
5. Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.
6. 5+ years in\u00a0structural design\/installation field.
7. Good organizational skills, communication skills, schedule management skills.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams
