\nObjectives of this Role
\n\u2022 Lead and mentor the data analytics team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement a data analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives operational improvements.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
\n\u2022 Oversee the design and development of advanced data models, reports, and dashboards to support business initiatives.
\n\u2022 Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytics projects.
\n\u2022 Identify and prioritize analytics projects based on business impact and available resources.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Leadership: Manage a team of data analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.
\n\u2022 Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and helps drive business performance.
\n\u2022 Data Insights: Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
\n\u2022 Analytics Solutions: Oversee the development of advanced analytics solutions, including data models, statistical analyses, predictive models, and business intelligence reports.
\n\u2022 Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data engineering, and other technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and infrastructure support for analytics projects.
\n\u2022 Data Governance: Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytics outputs.
\n\u2022 Project Management: Manage the end-to-end analytics project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
\n\u2022 Technology Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize analytics tools, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Qualifiche:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
\n\u2022 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
\n\u2022 Proven track record of leading and managing data analytics teams, delivering successful analytics projects, and driving business impact.
\n\u2022 Expertise in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques.
\n\u2022 Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and modeling.
\n\u2022 Experience with data management platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
\n\u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
\n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
\n\u2022 Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.<\/p>\n
