The minimum requirements we seek:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive Dimensional Engineering.
\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in 3D statistical tolerance analysis using 3DCS.
\nRecord of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to dimensional quality and process optimization.
\nIn-depth knowledge of ASME Y14.5M-2009, ASME GD&T Certification preferred.
\nKnowledge of Production & Quality Control in manufacturing.
\nStrong numeracy, literacy, and logical reasoning skills.
\nAppreciation for dimensional variation in assemblies and statistical analysis.
\nCreative, constructive, and positive approach to problem-solving.
\nExcellent communication and influencing skills with technical proficiency.
\nKnowledge of various production and prototype manufacturing methods.
\nKnowledge of DFMEA and DFMA.
\nExperience in Aluminum and Steel Body Structures.
\nPreferred Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering
\nExcellent understanding of GD&T standards
\nAdvanced Experience in developing 3DCS models
\nHigh level of expertise and proficiency with Catia, Enovia, or similar tools including drawing and modelling practices and methodologies
\nHands-on experience building and launching automotive products
\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications and other information management tools
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\nA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Certificate of Accomplishment from a recognized Design educational institution, or equivalent skills and expertise
\nExperience using Confluence, Jira
\nAn eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team
