As we\u2019re accelerating our scale, we\u2019re looking for full stack engineers that can contribute across our backend services and frontend product, with a bias towards backend and distributed systems engineering.<\/p>\n
We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We do sponsor visas and cover relocation fees for up to $20,000.<\/p>\n
Who You Are
\nWork with urgency to build critical features with a keen attention to detail and high-quality maintainable code.
\nCompletely own your features end-to-end, from product requirements, code, testing, observability, rollout, and maintenance.
\nCollaborate with the founder, PMs, designers, and other engineers to navigate trade-offs and build a world-class product.
\n3+ years of software engineering experience
\nAbility to work independently with little supervision and strong sense of impact
\nExcellent debugging and investigation skills
\nStrong communication and collaboration skills
\nAbility to work in person 4 days a week from a San Francisco office<\/p>\n
Bonus Skills
\nPrior experience with our tech. stack: Typescript \/ NodeJS \/ NextJS \/ React \/ GraphQL
\nPrior experience with designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems: queuing and streaming mechanisms, consistency guarantees, robust design around reliability concerns (retries, caching, etc.)
\nPrior experience with realtime systems: WebSockets, socketcluster, etc.
\nPrior experience with integrating and deploying a large number of third party API integrations
\nPrior experience with industry standard LLM APIs and concepts: token streaming, action calls, etc.
