What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
Serve as the vital connection between project stakeholders and the engineering team.
\nOversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
\nManage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
\nLead local roadway and state DOT projects, making a tangible difference in Utah\u2019s infrastructure.
\nCollaborate with diverse teams and contribute your technical expertise to achieve project excellence.
\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
Utah Professional Engineer License\u00a0(required).
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering\u00a0or a related field.
\nUDOT CEMT Certification\u00a0(or the ability to become certified within 3 months of hire).
\n8+ years of recent experience\u00a0in highway\/DOT projects.
\nProven success in\u00a0engineering project management, with a focus on roadway construction.
\nStrong technical knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
\nExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
\nCritical thinking abilities to ensure project success.
\nWillingness to travel and work on-site as required.
\nPreference given to candidates with experience in\u00a0UDOT design and construction standards.
