Yellowstone Club\u2019s Spa department is currently seeking candidates for Spa Attendants.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
Clean and maintain spa and wellness center premises in accordance with Club cleaning standards
\nReplenish stocks
\nControl inventory and ensure constant supply at all times
\nAnswer Member\/guest inquiries
\nStraighten up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms after each treatment
\nPerform receptionist duties such as answering multi-lined phones and inputting Member spa requests into computer system, as needed
\nMaintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment
\nHandle Member\/guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
\nReport damage of any kind to Supervisor
\nComply with all Club policies\/procedures and standards of operation
\nComply with OSHA standards for chemical handling<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/p>\n
Min 3 months spa attendant experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
\nBasic computer skills
\nMust be guest oriented and a great problem solver
\nAble to work independently with minimal direction
\nStrong verbal\/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
\nAble to communicate effectively and speak\/write English clearly\/legibly
\nRegularly required to talk and\/or hear; frequently lift up to 30 pounds
\nUse hands\/fingers to handle\/lift items
\nConstantly required to stand\/walk\/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands\/arms
\nMust be able to stand for extended periods of time
\nMust pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers.<\/p>\n
