This role is pivotal in crafting compelling sales narratives, enriching the toolkit, and ensuring uniform excellence across our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a beacon of knowledge and support for our sales teams, providing tailored resources to meet the diverse demands of our customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Create and disseminate global sales development and marketing materials, aligning closely with New Product Solutions (NPS), Marketing, Insights, and Sales teams to curate innovative offerings and packages that resonate with key customer segments<br \/>\nBuild sales development tools, including pitch decks, fact sheets, competitive analyses, and objection handling, facilitating an impactful sales narrative and a persuasive selling process<br \/>\nExpress the value proposition and benefits of Samsung Ad\u2019s products, solutions, and audience by strategically weaving this knowledge into all sales collateral<br \/>\nWork with sales teams to ensure that sales narratives are communicated and understood, collect feedback on how to improve stories for the region to build awareness, enable sales, and increase revenue<br \/>\nCollaborate with the Marketing team to seize opportunities to engage the digital advertising market, crafting and distributing compelling narratives and press materials<br \/>\nSupport the Sales Development Lead with designing and implementing a comprehensive framework for sales pitches and media kits to enhance the sales team&#8217;s efficacy and ensure quality consistency<br \/>\nStay abreast of industry trends to evolve our sales marketing strategy proactively, identifying emerging marketing opportunities and client requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales development, sales marketing, or similar areas with a strong focus on narrative crafting, packaging, and storytelling for digital advertising.<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.<br \/>\nExperience in sales, marketing, or sales development programs<br \/>\nDeep experience in the digital ads industry<br \/>\nCompetent in graphical design to not depend on other professionals to ship materials, i.e., Adobe Photoshop<\/p>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>Excellent organizational and project management skills<br \/>\nOutstanding PowerPoint design abilities<br \/>\nA master at storytelling<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities<br \/>\nProficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools<br \/>\nFamiliar with Atlassian (Confluence), MediaFly, and other content distribution systems<br \/>\nFamiliar with third-party insights platforms (e.g., eMarketer, Nielsen, ComScore, etc.)<br \/>\nCreative thinking and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<br \/>\nHigh level of attention to detail<br \/>\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented<br \/>\nTeam player with a collaborative mindset<br \/>\nPassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences<br \/>\nAbility to work effectively cross-functionally and within matrixed organizations<\/p>\n<p>Our team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions.
