\n\u201cHead of Security \u2013 Information & Operational Technology<\/p>\n

We\u2019re seeking a forward-thinking Head of Security to lead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy. This role is responsible for safeguarding our digital assets, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) infrastructure, with a focus on both proactive risk management and incident response.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both IT and OT security, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to align security strategies with business goals.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive information and operational technology security strategy<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization<\/p>\n
Advise executive leadership, including the CIO, on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and program performance<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)<\/p>\n
Oversee security of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments used in manufacturing<\/p>\n
Manage physical access security through camera systems, badge access, and digital access controls<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats<\/p>\n
Lead all aspects of incident response including investigation, containment, remediation, and reporting<\/p>\n
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions following security incidents<\/p>\n
Assess and manage the security posture of third-party vendors and partners<\/p>\n
Negotiate and enforce cybersecurity requirements in contracts and SLAs<\/p>\n
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet evolving regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
Design and implement company-wide security awareness and training programs<\/p>\n
Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory developments<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports on cybersecurity posture, risks, and initiatives to executive leadership and the board<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field<\/p>\n
(Master\u2019s degree and\/or certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred)<\/p>\n
10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role<\/p>\n
Proven experience in securing OT and ICS environments within manufacturing settings<\/p>\n
Deep understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001)<\/p>\n
Expertise in risk management, incident response, and vulnerability mitigation<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills<\/p>\n
