The role of Product Owner within the Wholesale Credit Risk team involves anticipating risks and using expert judgement to address challenges that impact the company and its clients.
\nResponsibilities: \u2022 Gather clear requirements and write user stories\/acceptance criteria \u2022 Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to understand uses cases and pain points as well as trends in the marketplace \u2022 Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements and develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, intuitive user experience which best meets the needs of the Product\u2019s users \u2022 Identify critical dependencies\/issues and present recommendations for resolution \u2022 Provide product demos and conduct product review and feedback sessions with key stakeholders; ensure feedback is incorporated into roadmap so deliverables meet business needs \u2022 Collaborate closely with the Product and Technology teams building the core components that enable critical underlying functionality of the Product \u2022 Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications, released on schedule, and issues are remediated in a timely manner
\nQualifiche:
\nRequired: \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management \/ Development or related capacity and 5+ years of experience in the financial services or fintech industry \u2022 Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications \u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines \u2022 Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships \u2022 Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly and high degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure \u2022 Advanced knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle with proven ability to lead Product Lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition and go to market \u2022 Sound knowledge of technology architecture, APIs, design, and data analytics
\nPreferred: \u2022 Experience within large Financial Services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk \u2022 Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs \u2022 Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
