\nResponsibilities: \u2022 Represent the business point of view when designing and collaborating with other Product and Engineering teams, including integration partners \u2022 Provide critical input and insight into planning system requirements based on prior experience, process knowledge and future state vision \u2022 Participate in internal process improvement initiatives to improve planning, reporting, analytics, and technical aspects of F&S processes \u2022 Defines and owns the roadmap for Record to Report without much guidance \u2022 Aligns team’s output with company objectives and knows when to escalate if necessary \u2022 Scope of role entails being the DRI for decisions and customer experiences that affect outcomes and strategy at a company level. \u2022 Works on complex issues where analysis of situations, high-level context, and playing with data is essential \u2022 Works through thorny problems that have a large strategic\/business impact with minimal guidance \u2022 Determines product strategy in the RTR space with minimal guidance \u2022 Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and normal \/ existing work \u2022 Drives clarity & alignment with large cross-functional teams through excellent communication \u2022 Effectively communicates difficult prioritization decisions, articulating a clear rationale to cultivate buy in. \u2022 Effectively motivates and inspires product teams + key stakeholders with a compelling articulation of product strategy and vision \u2022 Excellent at building alignment across teams in the context of deep, meaningful relationships across Guidance Automation. \u2022 Strong ability to influence others during sensitive situations without damaging meaningful relationships. \u2022 Looked to by the team to make the most important \/ tie-breaking \/ cross-functional product decisions. \u2022 Demonstrates good judgment and effective negotiation\/prioritization skills as a strong leader working to achieve results in the face of setbacks or roadblocks \u2022 Participate in corporate development projects to provide guidance on M&A activities \u2022 Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as our business and Finance department objectives & requirements \u2022 Ensure privacy, regulatory, and security requirements are incorporated into all Financial products and roadmaps
\nQualifiche:
\nRequired: \u2022 8+ years of operational experience in managing accounting and finance business processes \u2022 Ability to understand complex business intent, identify gaps between current and desired future state, translate business requirements into required system functionality, and determine best viable path to meet current and future business needs while considering delivery time and tradeoffs for each decision \u2022 8+ years of experience in developing strategies and launching data platform product capabilities \u2022 Experience in a highly complex global organizations operating within large-scale ERP systems \u2022 Broad knowledge of industry-standard Finance management practices and success leading organizations through an Agile transition, or successful use of Agile practices to regularly ship remarkable products with increasing velocity \u2022 Ability to remain adaptable and flexible. Open to continuous change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and working in an ambiguous business environment \u2022 Beginner\u2019s mindset and ability to serve as a champion for the Finance Automation team by communicating, advocating, and championing upcoming changes to impacted stakeholders. \u2022 Ability to influence executive leadership, and to communicate comfortably and concisely to audiences at every level and in every role within the company
