Facilitate morning stand up meeting and bi-weekly sprint planning meetings.
\nCoordinate Grooming Sessions and capture data that will be relevant in establishing project efforts and timelines.
\nSetup project tasks, milestones, budgeted hours, and forecasted timeline in Jira
\nEstablish project road maps and track progress\/velocity to assure sprint goals are being met and projects are on-time.
\nMonitor project data to assure accurate monthly reporting .
\nWork with internal and external clients to access necessary assets and information to eliminate potential roadblocks and to assure peak productivity.
\nCoordinate the QA process to assure development efforts are production ready.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Professional college graduate with 3 plus years of Scrum Master experience.
\nTechnically savvy with a clear understanding of IT terminology and processes.
\nMust be energetic, well-spoken, outgoing and organized.
\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
\nComfortable working with tight timelines and fast-paced environment.
