This entry-level position plays a key role in lead generation and engagement, ensuring Coordinators have a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to educate, guide, and convert into clients. Qualifications:\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience preferred.\u00b7 Prior experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service\u00b7 SDR (Sales Development Representative) experience preferred.\u00b7 Strong communication skills- written, verbal, and interpersonal.\u00b7 Comfortable reaching out to individuals through calls, messages, and online platforms.\u00b7 Self motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the EB-3 immigration process.\u00b7 Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple leads and follow ups.Growth Path:
This position is designed as a starting role within BDV\u2019s Foreign National Sales team. High-performing Junior Coordinators have the opportunity to advance into Coordinator and Senior Coordinator roles, taking on greater responsibility in applicant education, case management, and conversions.
