Key Responsibilities: Recommend sake and drink pairings with sushi Curate and maintain the beverage menu Engage with guests at the sushi counter and tables Manage inventory and ordering Qualifications: Approx. 3+ years in fine dining or beverage service Strong passion for sake and willingness to deepen knowledge Comfortable communicating with guests in English Legally able to work in the U.S. (Visa support available) Compensation &amp; Benefits Approx. $70,000\/year (negotiable based on experience) Tips included Family meal provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
