This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and post customer invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately in system<\/li>\n<li>Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers regarding outstanding or overdue balances<\/li>\n<li>Communicate directly with customers to confirm payment schedules, resolve billing discrepancies, and perform courteous collection follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams regarding payment issues or credit holds<\/li>\n<li>Apply incoming payments (ACH, check, wire, or credit card) and ensure proper account allocation<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile AR ledger and prepare weekly\/monthly statements and reports<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal audits<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized and up-to-date AR records and customer documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer communication and payment collection<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cell Phone Allowance<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time off\/Holiday Paid<\/li>\n<li>Might Eligible Visa Sponsorship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About Lynol:<\/p>\n<p>Lynol Cooling Systems, established in 2006, is a distinguished distributor specializing iin automotive and heavy-duty truck parts.
