VME FAE is responsible for driving current model quality and ensuring future programs are launched with zero defects and zero warranty at Job 1. We are responsible for driving quality through our FMA tools, including PFMEA plans, PFMEAs, and Control Plans. This position will ensure our teams are delivering FMA documentation to program milestones, ensure they are compliant with procedural standards, and assist in the development of new tools to streamline the process.<\/p>\n
