Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders; contribute to the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process documentation.
Support process mapping and workflow creation using tools such as Lucidchart and MS Visio to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Perform exploratory data analysis using Excel and Power BI to create basic performance reports, dashboards, and trend insights.
Participate in Agile ceremonies\u2014including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement\u2014and maintain task progress using JIRA and Confluence.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring requirements traceability and validation.
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or MS Visio.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage time effectively.
