What You\u2019ll Do:
Deliver medical nutrition therapy and patient education
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and nutrition teams
Monitor high-risk residents (weight, wound care, renal, tube-fed)
Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and QA audits
Actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team
Who We\u2019re Looking For:
Registered Dietitians OR candidates who have completed a Dietetic Internship (RD2B)
Strong communicators with critical thinking skills
Individuals eager to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
