About the Role
Solstice is building the industry\u2019s leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We\u2019re looking for a\u00a0Product Designer\u00a0to join our founding team and help shape the end-to-end experience for our customers.<\/p>\n
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys deeply understanding users, and wants to own product design from concept through launch. You\u2019ll work closely with co-founders\u00a0Yiwen and Aris\u00a0to have a real imprint on the future of the company.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll be working on
Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences
Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows
Defining and evolving Solstice\u2019s design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity
Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish
Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements
Designing for trust, clarity, and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment

Competitive NYC Compensation
This role offers a highly competitive NYC salary in the\u00a0$130,000\u2013$180,000\u00a0range, calibrated to reflect experience, seniority, and the level of ownership you\u2019ll take on as part of the early team. We benchmark against top-tier startups and established tech companies to ensure our compensation is both fair and compelling, and we maintain flexibility at the upper end of the range for exceptional candidates who can meaningfully accelerate our product and engineering roadmap.
