Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are seeking a\u00a0hands-on Warehouse Supervisor \/ Manager\u00a0to oversee daily warehouse operations, including production, picking & packing, safety, and team management.<\/p>\n
This is a leadership role in a\u00a0fast-paced, high-volume environment. Overtime and weekend work are required.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage daily warehouse operations (production, picking & packing)
Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
Train, supervise, and motivate salaried and hourly staff
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment
Support production, picking, and packing when required
Maintain an organised, efficient warehouse environment

Chinese speaking preferred
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Experience in warehouse, production, or fulfilment operations preferred
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
