What this job actually looks like:Teach private lessons to adult students (this is the majority of your schedule and income)
Lead group classes and host studio social parties
Perform with students at showcases and Pro-Am competitions
Monday\u2013Friday, 12 PM\u20138:30 PM. Saturdays optional but recommended while you build your schedule.<\/p>\n
What you earn:Guaranteed weekly base pay \u2014 you earn this even while building your student load
Per-lesson pay on top (your income grows as your schedule fills)
Competition income \u2014 instructors who compete with students earn significantly more
Entry level: $40,000\u2013$60,000. Established: $70,000\u2013$100,000+. Top instructors: $120,000+<\/p>\n

What we’re looking for:Dance background in any styles – ballroom, Latin, or partner dance styles (salsa, bachata, swing) preferred
You don’t need to know every style. If you can move and you love to teach, we’ll train you.
