Now, we\u2019re looking for an Recruiting Coordinator to help build our Exa family!<\/p>\n
About The Role<\/p>\n
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You\u2019ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
Own the recruiting cycle, from outbound strategy to interview process to close
Represent Exa and convince top talent to join our team
Move candidates along the pipeline, answer questions, and work with our recruiting team on sourcing strategy
Handle our hyperscale needs. We routinely grow our team by ~1.5x each quarter.<\/p>\n
Desired Experience<\/p>\n
1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
Strong communication skills\u2014you can tell a great story and sell a vision
\u201cPeople Person\u201d \u2014 the strong ability to read people
Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment<\/p>\n
