Every screen and every interaction should help a clinician get to the right answer faster.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll own how Vera looks, feels, and works, end to end. Not just designing it, but building it too. Product, brand, typography, interactions, the system behind it, all of it. You\u2019ll write code, ship fast, and see your work in use within days, so the feedback loop is tight and the standard stays high.<\/p>\n<p>You notice things other people don\u2019t, and you don\u2019t ignore them. You don\u2019t think of design and engineering as separate, because for you they aren\u2019t. When everyone can move fast, what matters is taste, and that\u2019s what you bring.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t a typical design role. You\u2019re shaping what it feels like to use Vera in moments that matter, and the decisions you make will define that experience at scale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Do<br \/>Own how Vera shows up end to end, from product to brand to interaction details<br \/>Design and build directly in production, no handoffs<br \/>Make decisions that affect how information is read, understood, and acted on<br \/>Push the product forward every week with fast iteration and high standards<br \/>Work closely with the founders on every part of the product<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What We\u2019re Looking For<br \/>You naturally move between design and code<br \/>You have strong taste, and you care about the details most people overlook<br \/>You\u2019ve worked on both product and brand<br \/>You notice when something is off and fix it without being asked<br \/>You\u2019re fast, but you care about getting things right<br \/>You want to own something, not just contribute to it<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>How we work<br \/>Ship, then improve.\u00a0We get things in front of users fast and let real feedback drive iteration.
