U.S.-based, full-time in the Bay Area.\u00a0This role is based out of our Bay Area office.

Experience across formats.\u00a0Music videos, short films, branded content, or social-first work that connects with audiences at scale.
Background in creator-driven or influencer content.\u00a0You understand what makes content travel on social platforms.
Experience leading creative teams.\u00a0You\u2019ve mentored directors, editors, or producers and know how to set a creative bar without micromanaging.
What You’ll Do
Own the creative vision.\u00a0Drive OpenArt\u2019s full video output \u2014 short-form social, music videos, brand stories, and whatever the moment calls for.
Direct and edit end-to-end.\u00a0Take projects from concept to final cut. You\u2019re hands-on, not just in the room.
Partner cross-functionally.\u00a0Collaborate closely with in-house creative directors, product, and marketing teams to translate what OpenArt is into something people feel.
Raise the bar continuously.\u00a0Set and elevate the standard for everything we put out into the world.
Compensation
Competitive TC including base salary, bonus, and equity (based on experience).
