You&#8217;ll build the ops function from scratch.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work directly with the founders of Artie. You&#8217;ll own decisions that don&#8217;t need to come back to us. You&#8217;ll surface the ones that do \u2014 with options, rationale, and a recommendation already attached. You&#8217;ll build systems that keep running when you&#8217;re not in the room.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for leaders who are excited to own operations as a whole, while still being hands on.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<br \/>Own operations as a whole<\/p>\n<p>Act as connective tissue across teams, ensuring strategy execution iteration happens quickly and collaboratively \u2014 with a bias toward velocity and excellence<br \/>Define and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across GTM operations that directly influence how we scale<br \/>Identify what needs fixing\u2014 come in, get a view of the team and current state, and proactively propose adjustments<br \/>Build systems that outlive you<\/p>\n<p>Design processes that scale with the company and don&#8217;t require you to be in the room to keep running<br \/>Build in monitoring and checks so you know when something breaks before anyone else does<br \/>Hand off ownership cleanly \u2014 the sign of success is that nothing falls apart when you&#8217;re not looking<br \/>Own the GTM motion<\/p>\n<p>Understand the revenue motion deeply enough that sales and marketing never have to explain the basics to you<br \/>Support and improve the revenue operation \u2014 pipeline hygiene, forecasting, CRM discipline, outbound infrastructure<br \/>Work alongside AEs and founders to identify where deals slow down and build systems to speed them up<br \/>What We&#8217;re Looking For<br \/>5\u20137+ years running ops, ideally at a Series A\u2013C company \u2014 you&#8217;ve been there at the messy stage and stayed long enough to see it scale<br \/>You&#8217;ve built an ops function from scratch and you can walk us through exactly what you owned, what you decided without asking, and what you built that still runs today<br \/>Meaningful GTM ops experience \u2014 you understand the revenue motion, not just internal or people ops<br \/>Systems-level thinker. You build leverage, not dependency. Every system you build has a clear owner and a way to know when it&#8217;s broken<br \/>Direct communicator. You&#8217;ve pushed back on a founder or executive, navigated it constructively and driven a better outcome<br \/>Self-aware.
