Daily commuting time to worksites is<\/p>\n<p>less than one (1) hour.<\/p>\n<p>Daily transportation is provided to and from worksite.<\/p>\n<p>On-the-job training is provided.<br \/>Wage:** Guaranteed prevailing wage rate of $17.55 per hour, paid<\/p>\n<p>bi-weekly. Overtime is available and guaranteed at no less than $26.33<\/p>\n<p>per hour.<br \/>Schedule:** 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include<\/p>\n<p>evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week<\/p>\n<p>from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary.<\/p>\n<p>A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.<\/p>\n<p>Federal requirements of employer for workers hired with H-2B Visa<\/p>\n<p>authorization and all corresponding U.S. workers. Company is willing to facilitate **optional**<\/p>\n<p>housing accommodations through a third party to candidates hired who<\/p>\n<p>reside 100 miles or more outside of the work location and are willing to<\/p>\n<p>temporarily relocate to the work location. Housing is limited to the<\/p>\n<p>period of time of temporary employment which is no more than the<\/p>\n<p>certified work period and is on a first come first serve basis. Cost of<\/p>\n<p>housing, if accepted, is up to $125 per week payable to third party<\/p>\n<p>housing provider. If housing is utilized, an agreement for housing will<\/p>\n<p>be required with the third-party provider. A security deposit of up to<\/p>\n<p>$500 is required.<\/p>\n<p>All deductions from paycheck will be made in accordance with and as<\/p>\n<p>required by law including but not limited proper deduction to ensure<\/p>\n<p>wages do not improperly fall below prevailing wage.<\/p>\n<p>If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will<\/p>\n<p>pay directly for and\/or reimburse workers for transportation and<\/p>\n<p>subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
