Assists facilities in clinical, financial, compliance and training activities. – Responsible for promoting new program development and implementation. – Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met. – Perform on-site visits to facilities on a regular basis.
Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation. – Ensure compliance of all staff with adherence with State Practice Acts Requirements: – Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S. or Doctorate in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy. – Holds a current license and\/or registration in the state as applicable.
Has at least 5 years of clinical experience. – Management and \/or supervisory experience preferred.
