Will report directly to Executive Chef.\u00a0Summer Dates\/(H2B Petition Dates):\u00a0April 1st, 2026 &#8211; December 31st, 2026\u00a0Employee Housing:\u00a0Housing is provided if needed to be located on the bus route. Housing is shared and has a weekly fee of $189.00.\u00a0Key Responsibilities:Setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation<br \/>Checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations<br \/>Preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.<br \/>Other relevant tasks assigned by Management<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:Six (6) months of successful culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume environment at high-end resort, restaurant or club.<br \/>Twelve (12) months preferred for candidates to be immediately successful.
