This role focuses heavily on strengthening employee relations, maintaining total labor compliance, and streamlining core HR operations for our corporate team. Additionally, you will provide general HR support and oversight for our Miami warehouse workforce. The ideal candidate will be a trusted, high-level HR partner who can confidently resolve complex employee relations matters, manage intricate immigration cases, and ensure a smooth operational experience for all team members.\u00a0Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations:\u00a0Act as the primary champion for a positive and compliant workplace culture. Conduct objective investigations, proactively mitigate conflicts, and design strategies that support employee retention, equity, and fair treatment across the organization.<br \/>Core HR Operations:\u00a0Standardize and manage foundational HR lifecycle processes, including structured onboarding\/offboarding, performance management frameworks, benefits administration, and regular HR audits.<br \/>Immigration &amp; Visa Processing:\u00a0Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of H-1B visas and other employment-based visa workflows. Partner with external immigration counsel, track strict compliance timelines, and guide foreign national employees through the intake and renewal processes.<br \/>Regulatory Compliance:\u00a0Ensure total adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
