\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Log and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively, ensuring an excellent IT experience for all team members.
\nInvestigate and resolve tickets submitted to the IT Service Desk, escalating complex issues as necessary.
\nParticipate in the escalation schedule to respond to major incidents.
\nProvide support for:
\nMicrosoft Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
\nActive Directory and Azure AD
\nMicrosoft 365
\nManage onboarding and offboarding accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
\nProcess imaging of end-user devices via Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
\nProvide hands-on hardware support, including troubleshooting laptops, monitors, and headsets.
\nAssist with desk setups, network cabling, and meeting room equipment checks.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Experience providing first-line support on a service desk.
\nFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
\nStrong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
\nUnderstanding of the Microsoft 365.
\nExposure to Microsoft Azure and user administration.
\nExposure to Windows Server environments.
\nBasic understanding of TCP\/IP networking.
\nExperience with PowerShell & scripting.
\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.
\nAbility to plan, organize, and adapt to changing priorities.
