Cultivate productive relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure product integration across various consumer touchpoints and marketing programs.

\nExecute comprehensive and cohesive online and offline marketing initiatives including media, email, print, social media, influencer marketing, PR, company websites, brand awareness campaign and promotional displays.

Develop annual brand plans to drive key business objectives and actionable results.
\nExecute compelling marketing campaigns by leveraging insights from current market trends and from previous campaign results.
\nDevelop new product launch plans, emphasizing key benefits and messages for use by PR, Marketing and Sales.\u00a0 Craft relevant launch and promotional materials.
\nCreate and oversee impactful influencer campaigns, ensuring the achievement of target KPIs.
\nLead content creation for corporate marketing collateral, website, blog, social media, and various other platforms.
\nWork collaboratively to develop press releases, sales and retailer presentations and account calls and PR events.
\nTrack consumption of business segments and shipments vs annual goals.\u00a0 Internal reporting on new product progress.
\nCompetitive reporting
\nManage 1-2 direct reports
\nProject management<\/p>\n
Take ownership of all project facets, encompassing deadline adherence, time management, contingency planning, approval processes, budget management, campaign analysis, and monitoring procedures.
\nDefine and communicate the project scope, strategy, and objectives clearly to internal clients, the production team, and key leadership.\u00a0 Report on progress.
\nOversee the creative production of marketing assets for both online and offline channels, including graphic design, video production, and web development. This involves guiding the process from initial concept brief writing to the final product and execution.
\nMarket Research and Competitive Intelligence<\/p>\n
Track the products and services offered by key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.\u00a0 Conducts product and field audits quarterly and competitive PR and Social sweeps.
\nConduct consumer research of both brand equity and new product concepts
\nRequired Skills \/ Special Qualifications<\/p>\n

\n7+ years of professional marketing experience
\nStrong communication and presentation skills
\nAbility to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at one time \u2013to deliver results on time and in or under budget.
\nExperience working closely in sales, internal creative and internal social and digital operations.
\nExperienced with web conferencing tools, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
\nIntuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical and Versatile
\nAbility to travel (3-4x a year)
\nA Master’s Degree in Marketing is highly preferred.
