What will I be doing?<\/p>\n
Work directly with partners on a variety of tax projects, including preparation individual tax returnsExamine financial information such as\u00a0balance sheets,\u00a0fixed asset\u00a0ledger, income statements, and monthly\/quarterly operating resultsSuccessfully identify\u00a0accounting, business, and tax issues\/opportunities and develop solutions\/recommendations<\/p>\n
What skills and knowledge should I have?<\/p>\n
0-2 years of public\u00a0accounting\u00a0experience or relevant work experience<\/p>\n
Must be completing or possess an undergraduate degreeCPA\u00a0or\u00a0CPA\u00a0candidate highly desirable<\/p>\n
Self-starter and successful in a team-oriented setting<\/p>\n
Solid understanding of basic\u00a0accounting\u00a0and tax practices<\/p>\n
Highly motivated, exceptional organizational skills and with excellent attention to detail<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
Solid PC skills, including\u00a0Microsoft Office\u00a0suite and\u00a0accounting\u00a0systems<\/p>\n
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to simplify and communicate complex\u00a0business information<\/p>\n
How will my performance be assessed?<\/p>\n
Ability to visualize steps needed to complete project including potential obstacles and how to overcome them<\/p>\n
