Responsibilities
\nProcess HRIS transactions and complete I-9 verification for new employees.
\nFacilitate the new-hire onboarding process.
\nReview resumes, schedule and conduct phone interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
\nPlan and organize events for employees.
\nAssist with HR initiatives, projects, and employee engagement opportunities.
\nCreate help guides, training,\u00a0and resource materials for employees.
\nShadow employee investigations and exit interviews.
\nShadow worker’s compensation administration.
\nReview and respond to HR matters such as, but not limited to benefits, compensation, training, payroll, and employee relations.
\nAudit time and attendance punches and approvals.
\nBasic Qualifications
\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a 4-year Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited college or university
\nPreferred Skills and Experience
\nUnderstanding of relevant legal guidelines and compliance associated with employment.
\nAcute attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
\nAbility to work independently and with little direction.
\nAbility to quickly and reasonably prioritize tasks.
\nStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal\/external customers, vendors, management,\u00a0etc. in both formal and informal situations.
\nAn analytical mindset that thrives on formulating strategy and presenting data.
\nHighly organized with a strong sense of urgency.
\nAdditional Requirements

\nPosition may require extended hours and weekend work.
\nAble to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
\nAble to push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time.
\nAble to travel between multiple locations to complete tasks (all locations are located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area).<\/p>\n
