Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with company goals, culture, and values.
\nPartner with leadership, HR, and business functions to cascade messaging that drives clarity, alignment, and trust.
\nShape a cohesive internal narrative that connects day-to-day work to larger business strategy and outcomes.
\nSupport initiatives that reinforce our internal brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring consistent alignment across teams.
\n2. Campaign & Content Creation<\/p>\n
Lead strategic campaigns that translate business initiatives, milestones, and priorities into engaging and actionable content.
\nCreate compelling written, visual, and video content across multiple channels: newsletters, intranet, digital signage, Slack\/Teams, and executive communications.
\nUse storytelling to build understanding, surface voices from across the organization, and promote key messages that reinforce company goals.
\nAdapt internal content for external platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to support recruitment marketing and brand consistency.
\n3. Culture & Employer Brand Communications<\/p>\n
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Learning teams to reinforce company values across the full employee lifecycle\u2014from onboarding and growth to recognition and well-being.
\nDevelop internal narratives that reflect our culture, values, and EVP, enhancing both employee engagement and employer brand perception.
\nSupport communications for cultural moments, people programs, and community-building efforts.
\nEnsure messaging is inclusive, authentic, and aligned across all touchpoints.
\n4. Channel & Tools Management<\/p>\n
Oversee internal communications platforms such as intranet, Slack\/Teams, newsletters, internal social, and email systems.
\nMonitor and evaluate channel performance and employee engagement data to continuously refine communication strategy and delivery.
\nEnsure content accessibility and adherence to voice, tone, and brand guidelines.
\n5. Leadership Enablement<\/p>\n
Develop toolkits, talking points, and content frameworks to support leaders in clearly and consistently communicating strategic direction.
\nCoach executives and people managers on storytelling and engagement techniques that help align teams and reinforce priorities.
\n6. Change & Crisis Communication<\/p>\n
Lead communication planning for change initiatives, organizational updates, and transformation efforts, ensuring clarity and transparency.
\nSupport the development of timely, clear response communications during sensitive or high-impact moments.
\nUse feedback loops (e.g., surveys, listening channels) to gauge message effectiveness and guide iteration.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
\n8+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods sector.
\nProven ability to synthesize business strategy into clear, actionable employee communications.
\nStrong understanding of internal branding, organizational culture, and leadership alignment.
\nDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional campaigns and executive communications.
\nExceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
\nExperience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating a matrixed organization.
\nHands-on experience with internal communication platforms and tools, such as: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor), Survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp), Design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for branded content.
\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills.
\nAnalytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing communication effectiveness.
\nFamiliarity with the employee lifecycle and key HR communications touchpoints.
