We provide project management, engineering, construction management, cost estimating, scheduling, QA\/QC, project controls, change management, and general consulting services for public and private projects; specialized in a wide range of market sectors including transportation, infrastructure, water\/wastewater, aviation, recreation, educational, and healthcare facilities.<br \/>\nDabri, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional Project Scheduler who will play a critical role in supporting project management efforts at the San Francisco. The ideal candidate will assist with the development, maintenance, and analysis of project\/program schedules using Primavera P6. This position will involve leading the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project schedules for various projects and programs, ranging in size and complexity.<br \/>\nThe Scheduler will be responsible for supporting project and program management teams, monitoring workflow, coordinating schedule and cost forecast data, and identifying potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.<br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n* Prepare and maintain cost and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.<br \/>\n* Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure project schedules are complete and aligned with project goals.<br \/>\n* Measure and track progress toward project milestones and activities.<br \/>\n* Analyze project schedule performance by comparing actuals against baseline data and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.<br \/>\n* Attend and actively participate in project status meetings, contributing to discussions on schedule status and risks.<br \/>\n* Prepare and deliver monthly project reports, including schedule trends, potential delays, and estimated costs to complete.<br \/>\n* Manage information and data within various software tools and cost databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.<br \/>\n\uc694\uad6c \uc0ac\ud56d:<br \/>\n* 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling and Cost Controls for planning and infrastructure construction projects.<br \/>\n* Proven experience in developing and maintaining project schedules for large capital construction projects, including WBS development, predecessor\/successor linking, cost\/resource loading, and baseline setting.<br \/>\n* Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, including dependencies, cost loading, resource loading, and resource leveling.<br \/>\n* Experience in construction cost controls, cost estimating, and cost analysis.<br \/>\n* Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.<br \/>\n* Good Communication Skills<br \/>\nQualified female and minority applicants are encouraged to apply.
