Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is<\/p>\n
responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of<\/p>\n
goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met, inventory is accurately maintained,<\/p>\n
and safety procedures are strictly followed. The Warehouse Manager leads and<\/p>\n
coordinates warehouse staff, optimizes workflows, and implements effective processes<\/p>\n
to support supply chain operations. Strong organizational, leadership, and<\/p>\n
problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Order Management & Fulfillment<\/p>\n
\u25cf Review customer orders and arrange picking, packing, and shipping;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Track order status using systems (e.g., ShipStation) to ensure accurate and<\/p>\n
timely shipments;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Handle shipping exceptions (e.g., wrong items, missing items, delays, etc.).<\/p>\n
Receiving & Inbound Logistics<\/p>\n
\u25cf Receive goods and accessories, verifying quantity and quality against purchase<\/p>\n
orders;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Assist with shelving, labeling, and organizing inventory for efficient inbound<\/p>\n
operations.<\/p>\n
Inventory Management<\/p>\n
\u25cf Update inventory data in real-time to ensure system accuracy;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Assist with regular inventory counts and address discrepancies;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.<\/p>\n
On-Site Warehouse Support<\/p>\n
\u25cf Assist with daily warehouse tasks such as moving, organizing, and packing<\/p>\n
goods;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Support large or urgent orders during peak periods.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\u25cf Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or order management;<\/p>\n
e-commerce experience preferred;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Familiar with inbound\/outbound processes, inventory control, and logistics<\/p>\n
coordination;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Able to operate and manage order and inventory systems (e.g., ShipStation and<\/p>\n
Cin7); prior experience preferred;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Capable of handling physical tasks; strong execution and proactive attitude;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Fluent English and Chinese preferred<\/p>\n
