Minimum of 8 years designing enterprise product experiences.
\nAn online portfolio demonstrating advanced, wide-ranging experiences.
\nIn-depth professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles and techniques.
\nExperience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups.
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead ideation sessions and present a strong rationale for design decisions.
\nIndividual contributor experience leading teams with complex across-feature\/theme interaction.
\nExperience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research.
\nQualifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n
Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction \u00a0or equivalent professional experience.
\nExperience advocating for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams.
\nDemonstrable experience with complex and modern web designs with the ability to create meaningful and delightful experiences.
\nExperience maintaining and evolving design systems.
