Ability to effectively communicate project status and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
\nAbility to develop and track progress against detailed project plans including schedules, technical and business requirements, cost estimates, resources plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, issues resolution and capacity planning.
\nEvaluate, determine, and document specific requirements related to projects and translate those requirements into resource and deliverable based roadmap with target release dates for accomplishment.
\nProvide routine reporting of project milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements.
\nOversee the development of internal and external communication processes and materials.
\nPerform research and analysis to identify trends, work in collaboration with Customer Experience Manager, to provide a better customer experience.
\nQualifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n
Active Project Management Professional certification.
\nPrevious experience in project management of large-scale deployments, upgrades, and migrations of technology services across a large enterprise \u2022Proficient in the use of MS tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
\nProficient in the use of project management tracking tools, preferably MS Project.
\nExperience and understanding in data center infrastructure, including power and cooling.
