This Notice of Filing will be<br \/>posted for 15 consecutive business days, as directed by the U.S. Department of Labor.<br \/>Position Title: Youth Mogul Coach<br \/>Name of Employer: Ski &amp; Snowboard Club Vail<br \/>Positions Available: One (1), full-time and temporary<br \/>Location of Employment: 598 Vail Valley Drive, Vail, CO. 81657 (Eagle County)<br \/>Rate of Pay: $50,650\/year + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as<br \/>determined by the US Dept of Labor.)<br \/>Hours per Week: 40 (No OT)<br \/>Start Date: 11\/10\/2025<br \/>End Date: 05\/14\/2026<br \/>Work hours: 40 hrs\/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work<br \/>performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Work is performed<br \/>through the hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm each day.<br \/>Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid every two weeks by check. All<br \/>deductions from the workers\u2019 paycheck required by law will be made.<br \/>No min education required. Six months experience required as a 6 months experience as a competitive<br \/>mogul skier or competitive mogul skiing coach. Licensure\/certification required: U.S. Ski and Snowboard<br \/>Level 100 certification (Level Two preferred), On-the-job training is provided.<br \/>Job Description: Design and lead a training program for youth moguls ages 6-14, emphasizing<br \/>fundamentals and fun and progression. Provide on snow instruction, dryland training and video analysis<br \/>sessions. Ensure a safe, inclusive and encouraging training environment. Support athletes in setting and<br \/>achieving technical, tactical and personal goals. Grow enrollment in the program through school visits<br \/>and through the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Maintain training logs, attendance<br \/>records and evaluations. Organize registration, travel logistics, competition schedules and team<br \/>communication. Communicate proactively with parents regarding athlete progress, program structure and<br \/>events.<br \/>Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be<br \/>provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes half<br \/>the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment<br \/>period or is dismissed early by the employer. In other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work<br \/>contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place<\/p>\n<p>of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll. Upon completion of the work contract<br \/>period, or where the employee is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker<br \/>reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally<br \/>departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another<br \/>employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical<br \/>and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of<br \/>$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total<br \/>employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing,<br \/>border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport<\/p>\n<p>fees).
