This is a high-impact, client-facing role based out of the Bay Area, California, USA focused on enabling digital transformation, delivery excellence, and business innovation across the commercial pharma value chain.<br \/>You will be responsible for managing globally distributed teams working in a Managed Services model, including teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in pharma commercial operations, data and analytics, and emerging technologies like Generative AI<br \/>Principais responsabilidades<br \/>Client Engagement &amp; Strategic Relationship Management<br \/>Be the single point of accountability for the client relationship, focusing on delivery excellence, value realization, and client satisfaction.<br \/>Build deep relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across Commercial, IT, Data, and Analytics functions.<br \/>Understand client\u2019s commercial pharma landscape \u2013 including brand performance, field force effectiveness, marketing analytics, patient engagement, and market access \u2013 and craft tailored delivery strategies.<br \/>Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Steering Committee Meetings, and executive workshops, ensuring alignment with client priorities and KPIs.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias<br \/>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master\u2019s or MBA preferred).<br \/>15+ years of experience in IT consulting\/services with a focus on Life Sciences, especially Commercial Pharma.<br \/>Minimum 10 years of client-facing delivery leadership with large-scale engagements (200+ team members).<br \/>Deep understanding of pharma commercial operations, including:<br \/>HCP segmentation and targeting<br \/>Sales force effectiveness and CRM (e.g., Veeva)<br \/>Omnichannel marketing and campaign analytics<br \/>Patient journey and market access analytics<br \/>Compliance and regulatory mandates (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR)<br \/>Demonstrated expertise in P&amp;L management, budget planning, and financial governance or large client accounts.<br \/>Strong expertise in Data and Analytics platforms, including:<br \/>Snowflake, AWS, Azure and Databricks<br \/>ETL &amp; Datawarehousing tools (Informatica, Talend), BI (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)<br \/>Real-World Evidence (RWE) and commercial datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony)<br \/>Strong experience operating under a Managed Services or Shared Services model.<br \/>Proficient in Agile methodologies, ITIL, and modern delivery frameworks.<br \/>Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.<br \/>Experience in generative AI applications within life sciences is a strong plus.<br \/>Ability to handle escalations, drive conflict resolution, and maintain strong relationships under pressure.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais<br \/>Certifications in PMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL.Experience with Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, IQVIA, or similar commercial pharma platforms.<br \/>Experience managing P&amp;L or account-level financials is an advantage.<br \/>Familiarity with pharma regulatory reporting, compliance, and audit procedures.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":63,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_bbp_topic_count":0,"_bbp_reply_count":0,"_bbp_total_topic_count":0,"_bbp_total_reply_count":0,"_bbp_voice_count":0,"_bbp_anonymous_reply_count":0,"_bbp_topic_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_forum_subforum_count":0,"pmpro_default_level":"","_promoted":"","_job_location":"California","_application":"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/engagement-manager-at-avesta-computer-services-4312408542","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","_joinchat":[]},"job-types":[398],"class_list":{"0":"post-13008","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"pmpro-has-access","7":"job-type-h1-b"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/13008","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/63"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13008"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kick-start.us\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=13008"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
