THE OPPORTUNITY Oddity’s BizOps team solves our toughest data-driven cross-functional problems. This is a rare opportunity to join the BizOps team and impact a fast-growing startup with high visibility into our Product, Retention, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
As a BizOps Manager, you’ll tackle critical data-heavy challenges to support our c-suite’s decision-making in both our IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild brands. You should be a jack-of-all-trades who can mix data analytics, business strategy, and roll-up-your-sleeves execution to bring a project to life. You will collect, sanitize, analyze, and synthesize data; apply critical thinking & communications skills to make actionable recommendations; and drive those recommendations through to execution. You are a clear, confident communicator who loves taking a complicated problem, decomposing it, and building a compelling business case.
You’ll be exposed to both the minute details of how the business operates and also the high-level strategy that is used to guide decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity to impact product and strategy decisions from Day 1 and will report to the Director, BizOps with regular exposure to our senior leadership.
WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO
Own sophisticated unit economics analyses, using SQL, Alteryx, Excel and other data analytics languages to parse raw data, uncover opportunities evaluate A\/B test performance
Drive complex cross-departmental projects, leading teams of developers, product managers, and analysts to accomplish our most critical business goals
Constantly monitor KPIs across multiple domains, identifying insights, creating next-step plans, and working with the operational teams to execute, owning the outcome
Manage our P&L forecasting, developing a deep understanding of its drivers, running expansive sensitivity analyses, and working with teams to ensure we hit our targets
Maintain our data infrastructure within Looker, act as the company’s data champion, and work as a mentor to data analysts across all operational teams<\/p>\n
WHO YOU ARE
At least 2-3 years of full-time experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, chief-of-staff or similar high-intensity role
You are fluent with both Excel and SQL (or similar data analysis languages such as R or Python) and are comfortable building complex models and analytics
You have experience using large data sets and are as comfortable diving into the small details as building company-wide strategy
You are resourceful and a self-starter, with an ability to lead large unstructured projects independently
You have strong interpersonal skills and can both lead teams and comfortably manage senior leadership stakeholders<\/p>\n

The anticipated hiring salary range for this role is $90k-$120k.
