We are a fast-growing, early-stage startup backed by leading investors, assembling a team of high-agency builders, thinkers, and operators who thrive in an in-office 9\/9\/6 culture (9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week) built around intensity, collaboration, and ownership.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<br \/>As Head of Operations, you will stand at the center of our business, partnering directly with the CEO and cross-functional leads to define, scale, and optimize how Opal runs.
