They take direction from a team lead and software engineers. Work on pieces of the various software programs and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Team has daily standup meetings and weekly technical review meetings. Most of the other time will be focused work. Individual will have a mentor to help learn and take direction from.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O E EXPERI\u00caNCIA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years&#8217; experience required<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, or Software Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HABILIDADES T\u00c9CNICAS NECESS\u00c1RIAS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Technical Background<\/li>\n<li>A degree in Advanced Computer Science to ensure foundational depth in computing principles.<\/li>\n<li>Python competency for scripting, automation, and data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Power BI for building insightful dashboards and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support smart manufacturing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with automated software regression testing to maintain software reliability and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience with historian and OPC clients for industrial data connectivity.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to SCADA systems like FTOptix and Wonderware Archestra for real-time control and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring system uptime and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in software architecture design and implementation to build scalable, maintainable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity to safeguard industrial systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) to deliver iterative value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HABILIDADES DESEJADAS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and deliver incremental value.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance formal processes with speed and quality, ensuring pragmatic and effective development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Temos o compromisso de formar uma equipe diversificada, inclusiva e global.
