We\u2019re hiring a Designer & Sales Project Manager for our new Spokane showroom!
This hybrid role blends interior design, sales, and project management \u2014 ideal for someone who enjoys turning customer ideas into finished spaces while managing every detail from concept to completion.<\/p>\n
Principais responsabilidades<\/p>\n
Manage kitchen and bathroom cabinetry projects from start to finish: client consultation, site measurement, design, quoting, order entry, scheduling, and post-installation service.
Use design software (2020 Design) and data tools (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, inventory system) to create accurate layouts and manage project progress.
Collect, organize, and analyze project and customer data to support workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and builders to ensure a smooth installation process.
Support new showroom setup, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.
Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office \/ Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Experience in cabinetry, construction, interior design, remodeling, or home improvement preferred.
Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.
Fluency in a second language (Chinese, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.

Hourly pay + commission
